1.The City of Panabo, through Appropriation Ordinance No. 51, Series 2024-CHO-MOOE- Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies (Laboratory Section)- intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos Only ( Php 549,572.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagents for City Health Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening. The goods to be supplied and delivered are described below:
