1. The CAMIGUIN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the NGA, General Appropriations Act 2026 intends to apply the sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following:

Package 25 Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Reagent and Consumables with Machine Tie-up 5,713,635.00 10,000.00 Monthly (as specified in the delivery schedule) or based on the need of the end-user from receipt of Notice to Proceed to December 2026.
Each project has a corresponding Approved Budget Cost. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Camiguin General Hospital, now invites bids for the supply and delivery of the above-stated procurement projects.
