Description : 1. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute Central Experiment Station (DA-PhilRice CES), through the 2025 Corporate Fund Budget, intends to apply the sum of the following ABC for payments under contract Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipment for CBC (COE) with identification number PB 25-02-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
