INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT
IB 2023-14

1. The Batanes General Hospital, through the Regular Agency Fund (HFEP) CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Item 1 - Rotary Microtome (Semi-Automated)-PhP1,300,000.00; Item 2 - Paraffin Embedding- PhP2,000,000.00; Item 3 - Automatic Tissue Processor - PhP2,700,000.00; Item 4 - Paraffin Oven - PhP500,000.00; Item 5 - Tissue Flotation Bath - PhP150,000.00; Item 6 - Microscope - PhP350,000.00; and Item 7 - UV Light - PhP120,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each LINE ITEM shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
