4 tubes SYBR Green Nucleic Acid Stain, at least 10,000x concentration in DMSO, at least 500µl

3 bot Tris Base ultrapure, at least 1kg per bottle

12 tube 10 mM dNTPs mix at least 1mL

8 tube Nucleic Acid Stain, 10000x, no-shake staining, capable of in-gel staining, at least 0.5 mL

13 bot Polymerase Chain Reaction kit, at least 100 reactions of 20µl, inclusive of DNTP and PCR Buffer
