Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY AND DENTAL SUPPLIES FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE USE,TO WIT:

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS:

1. The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through General Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FOUR PESOS & 56/100 (P210,104.56), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY AND DENTAL SUPPLIES FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE USE. The delivery place will be at the General Service Office, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Tanauan, Leyte now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY AND DENTAL SUPPLIES FOR MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE USE.
