Scope of Works:
1. Gutter Maintenance Works
(gutter length: 50 meters)
- Installation of leaf guard
- Downspout cleaning and unclogging (downspout length: 78 meters)
- Waterproofing
2. Painting Works
- Cleaning and repainting of the full exterior ceiling (area: 60.45sq.m.)
- Partial repainting of the interior wall (receiving section, area: 12.0 sq. m.)
3. Repair and enhancement of windows and door security lock hardware
- Replacement of 1 pc window glass (0.25” thick, clear, 55 cm x 52 cm) of the awning window panel)
