Description : The Intramuros Administration, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS AND 62/100 (PHP 3,919,365.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Labor and Materials for the Rehabilitation of ASEAN Garden to Intramuros Material Recovery Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Intramuros Administration now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Labor and Materials for the Rehabilitation of ASEAN Garden to Intramuros Material Recovery Facility. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within [five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
