1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Ilocos Sur through the FY 2025 GAA/R.A. FY 2025 R.A. No. No. 12116 (Current Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Pesos (P3,577,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Supply and Delivery of Kits for the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) 2025. Bids received higher than the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
