1) The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the RAF/ IGF of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (2,290,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Kitchen Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
