  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF JANITORIAL SUPPLIES FOR OFFICE USE
  
  1. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Million One Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and Twenty Centavos( Php 8,000,186.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF JANITORIAL SUPPLIES FOR OFFICE USE with ITB NO. 02-25-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Bids and Awards Committee of the Local Government Unit of Santiago City now invites bidders for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF JANITORIAL SUPPLIES FOR OFFICE USE. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days upon the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
