Description : I.Background
The Department of Trade and Industry - Laguna Provincial Office (DTI Laguna), being the government's arm in the promotion and development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), is committed to providing the resources needed of those eligible MSMEs to support their recovery and continuity through its Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (PPG) program.

PPG program is a post-disaster response mechanism that aims to provide entrepreneurial training and livelihood assistance to economic sectors affected by fire incidents to address the need for continued economic activities in the affected areas.

On May 26, 2025, DTI Laguna conducted an orientation on PPG program to those affected by fire incidents. Profiling and validation followed on June 17, 2025. The eligible beneficiaries were provided with training on entrepreneurship and business continuity planning on September 29, 2025. The awarding of livelihood kits is set to be held on the first week of December 2025 in Santa Cruz, Laguna.
