Description : SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES:

The work to be performed shall consist of coordination and supervision of all activities for the Supply and Delivery of IT Supplies and Peripherals for the 1st Quarter of 2025:
a. Deliver the goods in the identified site of end user within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
b. Place of Delivery: DTI Regional Office 1
4th Floor, Juanita Bldg., Quezon Avenue, San Fernando City, La Union

BID VALIDITY: Bid/Quotation shall be valid until one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of opening of bids.

WARRANTIES:
1.Certify that all inks/toners supplied are authentic (not refilled);
2. Replace non-conforming goods within five (5) calendar days after receipt of Notice from the Procuring Entity;
3. Conform strictly to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Reference.
