1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its 50% BFP LOCAL FIRE CODE intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Five Pesos only (PHP 112,395.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENTS & SUPPLIES FOR BFP STATION USE. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty Five (25) calendar days. Bidders should have completed contract similar to the Project.
