INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

1. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bohol, through the 1091-CO, 1091-IT, 7999-16, 7999-15, 1918-36, 8771, 1021-CO, 7999-3, 7999-6, 1111-200, 7611-IT, 7999-52,1 011, Trust Fund, 7999-11 Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos and Sixty-Six Centavos Only (PhP 882,525.66) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES with PIN: 2025-08-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order (PO).
