Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment and Software for the Computerized Hospital Information System of Lipa City Hospital System II
Project Identification Number-2023-12-1095

1. The City Government of Lipa, through the CY 2024 Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos only (P2,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE FOR THE COMPUTERIZED HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM OF LIPA CITY HOSPITAL SYSTEM II , with Project Identification Number-2023-12-1095.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required within Sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed . Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
