The CITY GOVERNMENT OF CABANATUAN through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Small Value Procurement for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENT in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.

A complete set of quotation documents may be purchased by interested proponents on 28 April 2025 from the BAC Secretariat at the BAC Office¬ upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00). Moreover, eligibility documents to be submitted are (i) photocopy of proponent-s Department of Trade and Industry or Securities and Exchange Commission Registration Certificate, as the case may be; (ii) Mayor-s Permit; and (iii) list of previous works done and respective clients.
