INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROJECT:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF IT AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIAN BAYAN

1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (₱964,530.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: Supply and Delivery of IT and Audio Equipment for Use in the Office of the Sanggunian Bayan, with Reference No. PR5286. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is required within 45 calendar days. Bidders must have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
