WHEREAS, on July 30-August 11, 2025, and August 21-September 4, 2025, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Municipality of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, advertised the Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) in the PhilGEPS and in at least three (3) conspicuous places within the municipal premises, continuously for fourteen (14) calendar days;
