Supply and Delivery of IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Excellence)

(SOLANO 115-2025)

1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through Municipal General FUND 2025 General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of three hundred seventy-six thousand six hundred twenty-five pesos (P376,625.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the supply and of IP PBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Excellence). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
