1. The DepED - Division of Quezon, through the Funding Source, Government of the Philippines (GOP) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS & 00/100 (P3,130,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INSULATED COOLER FOR COLD AND WARM STORAGE FOR SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM (SBFP) USE. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected at bid opening.
