1. The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA)-Capital Outlay CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Five Million Pesos (Php85,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB 2024-PB-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
