INVITATION TO BID
For the Supply and Delivery with Installation of 2-units Industrial Ceiling Fan
1. The Local Government of Pontevedra, Capiz, through the 2025 Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (₱ 1,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery with Installation of 2-units Industrial Ceiling Fan, ITB No. 2025-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Pontevedra, Capiz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
