Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Pesos (Php116,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Ink for EPSON WF-C579R Printer (“Project”). Delivery of goods shall within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed to PNOC EC Malangas Coal Terminal, Brgy. Kigay, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.
