Description : Please quote your lowest government price for each of the following item(s) specified below. Submit your quotation in a S E A L E D E N V E L O P E to the BAC Secretariat Office not later than DECEMBER 19, 2025 / 10:00 A.M.

Price quotation/s should be valid for thirty (30) calendar days.
Delivery Period is within 30 calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order (P.O.).
Warranty shall be for a period of _______ months, if applicable.
