The Supplier must likewise submit the following additional requirements along with other requirements stated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ):

• The Supplier must issue a duly Notarized Affidavit of Undertaking stating therein that the items are original and the ink bottles are guaranteed as genuine.
• The Supplier must issue a duly Notarized Certification from the Manufacturers that they are authorized reseller/dealer/distributor of the specified ink bottles.
• The specified ink bottles shall be randomly tested during the Post Qualification prior to the inspection and acceptance.
• The specified ink bottles shall be randomly tested by the Technical Inspection and Acceptance Committee (TIAC) to conform to its dedicated printers and/or phot...
