Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Regional Office III (DENR RO III), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Ten Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php10,170,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. DENR RO III now invites bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment (hereinafter referred to as GOODS). Delivery shall be completed within Sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. A prospective bidder must have completed, within the last five (5) years, a single contract of similar nature amounting to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. Similar in nature shall mean “Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment.”
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
