Description : 1. The SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) EQUIPMENT, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) CALABARZON Regional Office intends to apply in accordance with the approved 2025 Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) of DAR, the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos Only (₱ 9,999,828.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
