Description : Invitation to Bid for
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY FOR AKTIBONG BARANGAY 2025 SPECIAL AWARD
1. The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eleven Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and Forty Centavos (311,194.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Information and Communication Technology for Aktibong Barangay 2025 Special Award under PR # GF-2025-0671. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years form the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
