Description : 1. The City Government of Tabaco, through the Gender and Development (GAD) Fund
MOOE CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Forty
Thousand Pesos (Php1,440,000.00), being the ABC, to payments under the contract for
Supply and Delivery of Infant Weighing Scale, GAD-NUTRITION, Tabaco City, under
Contract ID No. 007-09-2025-GOODS-PB-Infant Weighing Scale. Bids received more
than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Tabaco now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice
to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
