REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INDUSTRIAL EXHAUST FAN AND PUSH CART

The Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) is inviting Suppliers / Contractors to submit quotation for the above stated project with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to the following:

1. 3 Units Supply and Delivery of Industrial Exhaust Fan: Php36,465.00, and
2. 3 Pcs Supply and Delivery of Push Cart: Php17,280.00.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Interested suppliers may obtain further information from Admin. Unit of Pag-IBIG Fund Tuguegarao Hub located at Ground Floor, Editha Tuddao Building, Balzain Highway, Tuguegarao city starting 23 October 2025.

A copy of Request for quotation may be issued to interested suppliers by the Admin. Unit at Tuguegarao Hub starting 23 October 2025.
