  The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Supply and Delivery of ID Printing Supplies (see attached) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos (₱288,130.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
  
  Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 17 April 2026 at 2:00 PM:
  1. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
  2. Mayor-s/Business Permit ;
  3.
