Description : 1) The Central Philippines State University, through the 2025 General Appropriations Act or Special Appropriations intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos Only (₱1,356,463.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of ICT Office Supplies for Various Departments (Rebidding)/2025-024-01BID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Central Philippines State University now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of ICT Office Supplies for Various Departments (Rebidding). Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
