INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR UNIVERSITY OF CALOOCAN CITY
1. The City of Caloocan, through the General Fund of the 2024 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1055 s. 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Forty One Thousand One Hundred Pesos (₱2,641,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment For University Of Caloocan City.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids.
2. The City of Caloocan now invites bids for the Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment For University Of Caloocan City. Delivery of goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project which is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
