1. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES, RXI, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Fifty Pesos and 0/100 Only (₱9,289,050.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for the PMD-ICT Unit, DENR XI Regional Office (PR No. 25-07-276), to wit:

ICT Equipment for the PMD-ICT Unit - ABC- ₱9,289,050.00

Lot 1 - Desktops, ABC - ₱3,380,000.00
Lot 2 - Laptops (Midrange) - ₱2,450,000.00
Lot 3 - Laptops (High End) - ₱540,000.00
Lot 4 - Scanner - ₱2,469,050.00
Lot 5 - Network Attached Storage (NAS) - ₱100,000.00
Lot 6 - Network Attached Storage (NAS) - ₱350,000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
