1. The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS), through the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of:
A. One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,300,000.00) for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment (ICT Machineries & Equipment) for PCSDS (FY 2025) / P.R. No. 25-10-001 (Lot 1),
B. Two Million Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php2,369,000.00) for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment (ICT Machineries & Equipment) for PCSDS (FY 2025) / P.R. No. 25-10-001 (Lot 2), and
C. One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php1,860,000.00) for Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment (ICT Machineries & Equipment) for PCSDS (FY 2025) / P.R. No. 25-10-001 (Lot 3)
being the total ABC to payments under the contract for each lot Bids received in excess for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
