1. The Surigao del Norte State University (SNSU), through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Governing Boards intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (P 4,645,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for EdTech Lab and Speech Lab under PB No. 25-09-0035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
