1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for MCRA EXPANSION 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,600,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for ITB No. 10-GOODS-AMIA 2025.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is not allowed.
