Description : REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to submit quotations for the “Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment and Peripherals for Various Divisions (Last Packaging Part 2)” under “Small Value Procurement” (Section 34.1 of RA 12009 and its IRR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS ONLY (PHP1,412,398.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through BAC Secretariat shall be on or before December 8, 2025, 5:00 P.M. at the physical address or through the email address below.
