INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT AND OTHER SUPPLIES FOR CITY GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
1. The City of Caloocan, through the General Fund of the 2025 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1121 s. 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos (₱1,596,840.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment And Other Supplies For City General Services Department.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids.
2. The City of Caloocan now invites bids for the Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment And Other Supplies For City General Services Department. Delivery of goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
