INVITATION TO RE-BID
“Supply and Delivery of I.C.T. and Office Supplies and Equipment for use of Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Five Pesos Only (P2,118,445.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of I.C.T. and Office Supplies and Equipment for use of Occidental Mindoro Provincial Hospital” (Ref. No. 324-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
