Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Corporate Office (MWSS-CO) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake the Supply and Delivery of Hygiene Kits for Project Sierra Component 1: Integrated Water Access, Sanitation, and Hygiene (iWASH).

The MWSS-CO hereinafter referred to as the “Procuring Entity” now requests you to submit a price quotation for the procurement of the above-mentioned project, as specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) provided in Annex “A” as attached.

The mode of procurement shall be through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34, Rule IV - Modes of Procurement of the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act (NGPA).

All items listed in the specifications as stated in the TOR must be complied on a pass/fail basis. Failure to meet any of the requirements may result in the rejection of the quotation.
