INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Hydraulic Excavator, Crawler Type (Mono Boom) and Vibratory Road Roller

1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Pesos (Php 18,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hydraulic Excavator, Crawler Type (Mono Boom) and Vibratory Road Roller for the use of various Provincial Equipment- PEO with Purchase Request No. 25-C0163 under Bid No. B-25-0087. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty-Sixty (30-60) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
