Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Four Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos (P154,855,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following contract:
