Conditions:
1. Packed in customized laminated sack with plastic lining inside printed with “NOT FOR SALE”, “Name of Hybrid” and “Produced by” on both sides of the sack.
2. Variety offered should be NSIC Registered included in the BPI Updated list of GMO varieties approved for propagation in the Philippines
3. Has been already planted in Gonzaga, Cagayan for at least two croppings
4. A Certification from Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) that the seeds must have at least 90% germination.
5. Distributorship Certificate and at least 30-50% availability of stocks.
6. Certification that the supplier is at least two (2) years supplier of hybrid palay seeds.
