Requirements from the Supplier

The prospective bidders shall bid for the supply and delivery of 30 pieces of human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine to the PMS Building, Arlegui Street, San Miguel, Manila, with the following requirements:

 For active immunization for the prevention of cancer caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection
 All vaccines should have Certificate of Product Registration from the FDA
 It should be placed in an ice box with cool packs to maintain the cold temperature of the vaccine
 Vaccines must have as expiration date of at least March 2027
