1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Capital Outlay - Hospitals & Health Center/Hospital Equipment (PR#2025-09-06722) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P5,830,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Hospital/Medical Equipment at Provincial Hospital Management Service Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan (for medical equipment in healthcare settings of Dasol Community Hospital). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
