Description : INVITATION TO BID

Supply and Delivery of Hog feeds for use of Livestock and Poultry Program under 2024 SIRP fund

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2024 SIRP fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,500,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 33-GOODS-LIVESTOCK-2025.

Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is NOT allowed.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5 now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Hog feeds for use of Livestock and Poultry Program under 2024 SIRP fund.

Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
