INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE LAPTOPS

1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025, as approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱275,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE LAPTOP UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1190. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE LAPTOP UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1190. using the Public Bidding method pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
