The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC), through the 2025 General Appropriation Fund (General Fund) and Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty (PHP 3,760, 780.00) Pesos Only, Philippine Currency, being the ABC to payments under the contract for BRGHGMC-GS-2025-05: Supply and Delivery of Hemodialysis Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
